Dial Gidwani one of the aforementioned primary organizers of the artist exchange program apparently has considerable pull with Air India. In addition to getting us a personal escort to the Air India VIP lounge, he also was able to get the entire Business Class section on the airplane reserved just for G. Ray and me.Below is a copy of menu for one of the four, three course meals we were served on route to New Delhi. The service was excellent, the food exceptional and the wine outstanding. The seats pulled out into beds long enough to comfortable fit my 6'2" body.
